Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping. We cover shipping for the exchanged item.
Defects: Keep the tags attached and lot # visible. Required for all defect claims.
Shipping Damage: Claims must include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
